About the Series

From the beginning, Christians claimed to have really, really good news--not just for themselves, but for the whole world. They claimed that God, God’s Kingdom, and best of all, God’s King, had come at last in the person of Jesus to heal and to save. The Gospel of Mark gives us a punchy, fast-paced account of who Jesus is, why he came, what it means to follow him, and why this King and his Kingdom are such good news--not just back then, but for us and for the whole world.
