Morning
Service
Coffee
Hour: Coffee Hour Set-Up, Clean
Up & Providing Snacks. The time commitment can be
once a month, once
a quarter, once a year or even just on an emergency list as need arises.
Communion
Set Up: Volunteers are
needed to set up our
monthly communion table & elements.
Drivers to Columbus House:
Sign up to be
in a
monthly rotation of individuals who give rides to and from Columbus
House, a local homeless shelter, 1-3 morning services per month.
Greeter-Ushers:
Sign
up to be in a monthly rotation of individuals who hand out
bulletins,and
greet in the morning service.
Morning
Music Ministry:
The Sunday morning music ministry is looking for instrumentalists and
singers
to help lead congregational singing. We are currently in
particular need of a drummer. Also, we
are in need of a couple more folks to operate the sound equipment on a
rotational basis.
Evening
Service
Greeter-Ushers:
Sign
up to be in a monthly rotation of individuals who hand out bulletins,
greet, and collect offering in the evening service 1 or 2 evening
services per month.
Drivers to Columbus House:
Sign up to be
in a monthly rotation of individuals who give rides to and from
Columbus House, a local homeless shelter, 1-3
evening services per month.
Coffee Hour Coordinator:
This person would be a regular attender of the evening service who
ensures that snacks and beverages are available following the service
for hospitality and fellowship.
Media Team – Sound
Operator:
Join a rotation to mix
and run sound during the Evening Service, 1-2 times a month.
Music Team –
Singers/Musicians: Join a
rotation of singers and musicians to provide accompaniment for Evening
Service corporate song.
Media Team – Overhead
Operator: Join a rotation to
operate the overheads during our Evening Service, 1-2 times a
month.
Children's
Ministry
All
Children's Ministry
volunteers must be members of Trinity or must have completed a
Children's Ministry
interview with an elder.
Nursery volunteers:
9am until
the end of the service or 10am until end of service. Nursery
Servants read a Bible story to the children each week, but no mid-week
preparation is necessary.
Sunday School and Children's
Church: 9am until the end
of the service or 10am until the end of the service. In addition to the
Nursery, we have three classes that meet during the Sunday School hour and during the service: Climbers
(3-5 year olds), Runners (1st-3rd graders), and Flyers (4th-5th graders). We need teachers
in all of these classes for both the Sunday School hour
and during the morning service.
Prayer
Warriors: If you are specifically,
regularly praying for the Children and Children's Ministry Servants at Trinity,
please let us know so that we can update you with specific prayer needs.
Youth
Ministry
All
Youth Ministry volunteers must fill out the "Youth Ministry Volunteer
Application" (available upon request) and complete an interview with an
elder.
Sunday School:
9:00
am. Looking for Teachers to teach an eight week rotation. Meets
whenever Adult Sunday School is in session.
Friday Night:
7:00 pm-9:00 pm. Looking for Leaders who can lead small group bible studies with
Middle School and/or High School students, and provide a safe, healthy
relational space for students.
Grounds
Beautification
Gardening
Needs: Help
needed with occasional light watering/weeding/planting in the gardens
through
the
summer months.
Mowing: Sign up to be on a rotation for mowing at
Trinity house. Time commitment is 20 min a week.
Hospitality
Meal
Brigade: People to provide an occasional
meal for someone who's sick, just moved into the area or to celebrate a new baby
in the house. This person will be placed on a list and will be emailed when need
arises.
Mercy
Ministry
Good
Samaritans:
People who are available during the week to assist elderly or others
who need a ride to appointments, for groceries or other errands and are
willing to be contacted on an as needed basis.
The following are current needs for the pantry. These items and monies are distributed by Trinity deacons involved in mercy ministry to Trinity members, regular attenders and individuals in our city.

Donations to the food pantry can be left in the kitchen at Trinity House on Sunday or at the Church office during the week from 9 am - 5 pm. Please mark the items for the Trinity Food Pantry.
