Come join us for a morning of solid, practical, biblical wisdom as we seek to understand the dynamics of marriage and what God wants to do in us and through us toward each other in marriage. If you are newly married, been at it for the long haul, or are just wanting to learn more about biblical marriage, come join us!
Our speaker, Alasdair Groves works on faculty for CCEF (Christian Counseling and Education Foundation) and has recently been appointed to be their next Executive Director as of 2020. He received his MDiv in counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary, has served on the staff of several churches, and has a background in campus ministry. He writes for the Journal of Biblical Counseling, and regularly teaches a variety of seminars around the New England region and beyond. Alasdair and his wife, Lauren, have three children. Alasdair is a fiction enthusiast, plays ultimate frisbee, and loves to produce and enjoy both good food and good music.
An optional lunch provided 12:30-2:00 pm for time of reflection as couples or Q and A with Alasdair Groves. Childcare will be provided for Trinity Baptist congregants and their guests only. Registration is required by Oct. 25.
